Our Aguayos Penthouse combines the charm of historic Córdoba with the comfort of a spacious, bright, and fully renovated accommodation.

Located in a carefully preserved 17th-century Cordoban building, it sits in the iconic Plaza de Aguayos, opposite the Church of San Pedro and just a short walk from Plaza de la Corredera. The Mosque-Cathedral is approximately a 12-minute walk away, allowing you to discover much of Córdoba comfortably on foot.

With more than 100 m², four bedrooms, and a private terrace, the penthouse offers something particularly difficult to find in the heart of the historic centre: space, tranquillity, and privacy.

The perfect place to relax after exploring Córdoba and, as evening falls, enjoy your own private terrace in the heart of the city.

THE SPACE

The penthouse offers more than 100 m² of living space, thoughtfully distributed to provide comfort, spaciousness, and privacy throughout your stay.

It features four bright, exterior-facing bedrooms:

Bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and private toilet.
Bedroom with two 90 cm single beds.
Bedroom with a 150 cm double bed.
Bedroom with one 90 cm single bed.

In addition, the property features a spacious, modern kitchen, a full bathroom with natural ventilation, and a pleasant private terrace where you can enjoy Córdoba's climate and evenings in complete tranquillity.

Although the property has several beds and four bedrooms, the maximum occupancy is 5 guests, allowing everyone to enjoy considerably more space, comfort, and privacy.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS

The entire accommodation is reserved exclusively for you throughout your stay.

If you are arriving by car, there are several parking options nearby. Free outdoor parking areas are available, as well as a paid underground car park with charging facilities for electric vehicles. All of them are located within approximately a 10-minute walk.
