About the Booking

How can I make a reservation? Booking your ideal stay is very simple. Simply browse our properties in Malaga, Cordoba, Benalmadena, Benahavis or Estepona, select your travel dates and the number of guests. Then, click on "Book now" and follow the steps to securely confirm your reservation.

Do I need to create an account to book? Yes, creating an account allows us to securely save your data for future bookings and facilitate communication with you about your stay. The process is quick and simple.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed? Once you complete the booking process and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay, including the accommodation address, check-in details and contact information.

Payments and Prices

What payment methods do you accept? We accept most major credit and debit cards. The entire payment process is carried out through a secure gateway to protect your information.

Are there any additional charges or taxes not included in the price? The price you see during the booking process includes all applicable taxes. Any additional charges, such as a cleaning fee or a refundable security deposit, will be clearly displayed and itemized before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges.

What is the security deposit and when will it be returned to me? Some of our properties require a security deposit to cover possible damages. This deposit is temporarily held and will be fully refunded to you shortly after your departure, provided the accommodation is found in the same conditions in which it was delivered.

About the Accommodation

Are the properties equipped with bed linen and towels? Yes! All our apartments and holiday homes are fully equipped with clean bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. We want you to feel at home from the very first moment.

Is there an internet connection (Wi-Fi) in the accommodations? The vast majority of our properties on the Costa del Sol and Cordoba have free high-speed Wi-Fi connection for our guests. You can check the availability of this service in the "Services" section of each property's listing.

Are pets allowed? We understand that pets are part of the family. Some of our properties are pet-friendly. Use the "Pet-friendly" search filter to find the perfect accommodations for you and your furry companion. Always check the specific conditions of each property.

Stay and Departure

How is check-in done? Specific check-in details (key collection, access code, etc.) will be sent to you by email a few days before your arrival. Generally, we offer self-check-in options for greater flexibility and convenience.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Normally, check-in can be done from 3:00 PM and check-out must be done before 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility in these times, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What should I do if I have a problem during my stay? If any incident arises or you have any questions during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us through the phone number or email that we will provide you in the booking confirmation. Our team is available to help you have a perfect experience.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation? Our cancellation policy varies depending on the property and the booked dates. You can check the specific conditions during the booking process and in your confirmation email. For any modification, please contact our customer service team.
