The space
The apartment is fully prepared for you to feel at home. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, air conditioning, and a heat/cold pump to ensure comfort at any time of the year.

It features a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed for optimal rest and a 135 cm sofa bed in the living room, making it perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends.

Additionally, it has a complete bathroom and a terrace, an ideal space to relax after a day of discovering the city.

Guest access
The area is lively and has all necessary services at hand: cafes, typical Cordoban restaurants, bakery, churrería (churro stand), supermarkets, taxi and bus stops.

The train station is about a 20-minute walk or 7 minutes by taxi. There is also the possibility of parking at the property itself (at an additional cost), which is very valuable in this area.

- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Please inform us of your approximate arrival time 24 hours in advance. Please note that there is a 20 € fee for check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00 h). Additionally, for guests checking in at different times, there is an additional cost of 10 € per trip, as we need to collect guest check-in information in person each time, as required by the National Police.
- Guests are responsible for any damages incurred or additional cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No more guests are allowed than those listed in the reservation.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the house! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this requirement incurs a fine of $66 or 60 €.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise are allowed. Please respect the neighborhood's siesta time from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
