Note that there is a €20 fee for check-ins after 8 pm. Also, for guests checking in at different times, there’s an additional cost of €10 per trip, as we need to collect guest check-in information in person each time as required by the National Police. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $66 OR €60 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect the neighborhood’s siesta hours from 2 pm to 5 pm and quiet hours again from 9 pm to 9 am. - Guests will need to climb stairs.
