Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $66 OR €60 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect the neighborhood’s siesta hours from 2 pm to 5 pm and quiet hours again from 9 pm to 9 am. - Pets are allowed at the property with prior approval. - There is private paid parking with a nightly rate of €15.
