This area is known for its iconic Seville Gate, one of the ancient gateways to the city, and for being close to some of the main tourist attractions, such as the Mosque-Cathedral and the Alcázar of the Christian Monarchs.
In addition, you'll find a wide variety of services in the surrounding area, such as restaurants, cafes, local shops, and supermarkets. It's also well connected by public transportation, making it easy to access other parts of Córdoba.
It's an ideal area for those looking to be close to the city center but still enjoy a quieter and more accessible environment.

- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests are required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Please let us know the approximate time of your arrival 24 hours beforehand. Note that there is a €20 fee for check-ins after 8 pm. Also, for guests checking in at different times, there’s an additional cost of €10 per trip, as we need to collect guest check-in information in person each time as required by the National Police.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $66 OR €60 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect the neighborhood’s siesta hours from 2 pm to 5 pm and quiet hours again from 9 pm to 9 am.
- Guests will need to climb stairs.
