The apartment is fully equipped, featuring a master bedroom with a double bed and Smart TV, a very spacious second bedroom with 3 single beds and Smart TV, a spacious living room with a dining table, three very comfortable sofas, a fan, air conditioning and heating, a perfectly equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything necessary for cooking, and a complete bathroom with towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and all essentials for a comfortable stay. Perfect for enjoying a few days with friends or family.

Its location is excellent; everything will be within walking distance in this cozy accommodation located right in the center of Granada, in the San Vicente Ferrer area, a very well-connected location and very close to everything the city offers: shops, cafes, supermarkets, public transport, and the urban charm of living a few minutes from the city's most emblematic spots.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Given the low emission zone limitation in Granada, we recommend either having a vehicle with these characteristics or parking in one of these two car parks:

1.- Parking Pedro Antonio de Alarcón is 6 minutes from the apartment.
2.- Parking Torres de Neptuno is an 8-minute walk.

Upon entering these car parks, they send the license plate to the Granada city council so that they are authorized by the ZBE (Low Emission Zone) in case of being without a distinguishing badge and having remained in the car park for more than an hour.

-Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation.

-Non-compliance with the rules results in a fine of $66 or €60.
-Please note that after 8:00 PM, only urgent incidents will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions that require the presence or action of staff outside these hours may incur an additional cost.
-Late check-out depends on availability and must be requested in advance. Otherwise, a late check-out (after 11:00 AM) may affect cleaning or other reservations and carries an additional surcharge from €60.
