The smaller pools are now open. The larger pool will be open from June 15 to September 15. From 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

- Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement when confirming the reservation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the house! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a fine of $66 OR €60.
- Parties, events or excessive noise are not allowed. Please respect the neighborhood's nap time from 2 to 5 p.m. and again the quiet time from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
- There are exterior security cameras for safety and security.
- Pets are not allowed.
