\- General Respect: Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. It has been recently renovated, and we take great pride in its condition.

\- Noise: This is a residential building, and we have a great relationship with our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music and disturbances are not permitted.

\- No Parties or Events: To ensure the comfort of all residents, parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

\- Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment, including on balconies or near open windows.

\- Pets: We love animals, but for the comfort of all guests, including those with allergies, pets are not permitted.

\- Guests: Only registered guests whose names are on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

\- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €200 is required before check-in to cover any potential damages. This is a hold, not a charge, and will be released after a satisfactory inspection following your departure.

\- Check-out Procedure (by 11:00 AM):
\- Please dispose of all your trash in the designated containers outside the building.
\- Kindly wash any used dishes or load and start the dishwasher.
\- Please turn off all lights, air conditioning units, and appliances.
\- Ensure all windows are closed and the main door is securely locked when you leave.
\- Please return the keys as instructed.
